Diane Tobias, Dialysis Patient for over 15 years: Reception to CelebrateJune 6, 2016
The New York State IPRO End-Stage Renal Disease Network held their annual meeting recently and announced their quality awards. Bridgewater Dialysis Center was recognized as having one of the highest data submission rates to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Diane Tobias, who is also a resident on Bridgewater’s Ventilator Unit, was recognized for having lived on dialysis for over 15 years and for serving as a peer supporter. Diane serves as a volunteer for the Patient Advisory Committee and is very involved in enriching the lives of other patients receiving dialysis.
A reception will be held in Diane’s honor on Tuesday, June 7 from 2:30-3:30pm at the entrance to the Bridgewater Dialysis Center at 159-163 Front Street, in Binghamton. A plaque from the ESRD Network will be presented to Diane during the reception.
